EASY RETURN IN 3 STEPS. PLEASE READ THROUGH THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) TO US.
STEP 1: BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM, PLEASE ENSURE THAT IT MEETS OUR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- THE ITEM WAS PURCHASED FROM OUR ONLINE SHOP
- THE ITEM IS IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL PACKAGING INTACT
- THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN USED, WASHED, OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY
- THE RETURN IS MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY
STEP 2: PACK AND SHIP THE ITEM.
PLEASE PACK THE ITEM SECURELY IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

STEP 3: ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ITEM AND CONFIRM THAT IT MEETS OUR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA, WE WILL PROCESS THE REFUND. THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR YOUR BANK TO PROCESS THE REFUND.
NOTICE: MYSTERY ITEMS CAN ONLY BE REFUNDED DUE TO MISSING OR DAMAGED GOODS (VINTAGE CONDITION EXCLUDED). THE CONTENTS OF THE BOXES ARE FREELY CHOSEN AND ONLY AVAILABLE FOR A LIMITED TIME, WHICH IS WHY INDIVIDUAL PREFERENCES CANNOT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT. THE GOODS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
